Hello UPWARD Members!

As you prepare for your holiday festivities, UPWARD is preparing to launch into 2025 with great enthusiasm, great collaborations, more members, and great programming.

This past year has been incredibly fulfilling, even as it brought its share of challenges. I know many of you can relate—I’ve heard your inspiring stories of career milestones, as well as your resilience in navigating job transitions while balancing family and community commitments. It’s truly inspiring to see how we’ve all grown and adapted together.

At UPWARD we listen and enlarge the value proposition to serve your career journey. I am grateful that our offerings supported your advancements and accelerated your careers. In 2024 UPWARD executed new programming, growth and collaborations:

  • Launched For-profit Board Leadership certification program
  • Launched Professional Career Coaching certification program
  • Growth in Chapters
  • Offered luxury wine networking event, “Raise a Glass to Women”
  • Collaborated with 300+ women by offering complimentary virtual networking sessions
  • Executed Global Virtual Events with exceptionally talented speakers
