Join global leaders in creating a community of accountability and support that will help you obtain the skills, resources, and experiences needed to become an impactful Male Leader for the future of work.
The Allyship – Cultivating Supportive Partnerships with Women Program forms a close-knit community of men aligned around the purpose of showing up as reliable allies for women in the workplace. We define allyship as actively promoting gender fairness and equity in the workplace through supportive and collaborative personal relationships and public acts of sponsorship and advocacy intended to drive systemic improvements to the workplace culture.
The evidence is clear: when men lean into the roles of ally, mentor, and sponsor with women and other gender identities, demonstrating awareness, commitment, and gender humility, they stand to help level the playing field for women and others at work, encouraging colleagues to achieve their highest potential, including meaningful gender balance in leadership.
As gender-in-the-workplace experts, we show men that they have a crucial opportunity to promote gender equality at work. Providing practical, research-based strategies for how to be an ally with women and others in the workplace, we show how men can develop and support the talented people around them, and create productive and respectful working relationships.
The Allyship – Cultivating Supportive Partnerships with Women Program takes place over 3 weeks, through live-virtual interactive workshops via Zoom.
The 2024 program dates are TBD, but custom program cohorts are available. Contact us today for more information.

These workshops will be tailored to leaders to build on the motivation and momentum for better allyship for gender equity by creating communities of allies. We start with the fundamentals of excellent allyship and how great allies show up in relationships at work based on our research and organizational best practices.
Using a variety of developmental exercises that allow participants to have brief conversations and practice ally skills, we cover topics related to developing awareness, everyday interactions at work, and professional relationships at work. We integrate a focus on specific challenges and opportunities that people may encounter in the workplace (e.g., holding each other accountable, ownership/role in gender diversity, healthy masculinities, backlash, cross-gender friendships, listening, responding to feedback, maintaining a learning orientation and insuring a growth mindset).
This workshop will be designed to equip key leaders and stakeholders with inclusive leadership tactics and techniques for developing awareness, increasing motivation, and preparing for becoming a better public ally, advocate, and sponsor.
