Ioana applies futures thinking and various types of research methods to discern changes in the market and detect shifts in people’s attitudes and behaviors. She partners cross-functionally to build solutions, define success, and develop a unified, delightful user experience at scale. Before Meta, Ioana led Global Insights & Analytics at Intel, chartered to deliver market insights and strategic foresight as a foundation to building brand relevance and accelerate Intel’s growth. She acted as a champion of market-driven insights to inform business decisions throughout the product development life cycle, partnering with Intel’s strategy office, business units, and marketing. Ioana holds a Nuclear Energy Engineering degree from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, Romania. In her spare time, she enjoys fashion, painting, yoga and dance.
