Anne Voigts

Anne Voigts is Partner at King & Spalding in the firm’s Appellate, Constitutional and Administrative Law Group. Former federal prosecutor with over a decade of experience handling appeals. Has handled cases before the United States Supreme Court, the California Supreme Court, and federal and state appellate and trial courts, and argued more than 50 cases before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She has tried cases before a jury and routinely advises trial teams on legal issues in a wide range of cases. Has taught appellate advocacy, and spoken on developments in Supreme Court and Ninth Circuit case law, effective legal writing, and substantive and procedural criminal law.
